With your help we can keep our cabin in tip top shape and available for riders for
years to come.
Our cabin is smoke free.
We do not provide daily maid service...please treat our cabins as you would your own
Absolutely NO PETS are allowed in cabins or on the property.
Please DO NOT wash riding clothes in the bathroom or kitchen sinks, nor in the
showers. (A water hose is available on site.)
DO NOT wear muddy riding shoes or boots inside the cabin and please do not wear
wet or muddy clothes on cabin furniture inside.
Please use trash cans provided inside and outdoors for all garbage.
Only those guests registered to the cabin shall occupy that cabin at any given time.
Need a trail permit?
There are several stops along the way where you can get them.
Delbarton WV is ATV friendly!! This means that you can ride
your ATV on local roads. However, you must abide by all local traffic and safety laws
and we ask that you please be respectful of other motorists.
Trail permit information:
Every person visiting the Hatfield-McCoy Trail System, including passengers, is required
to purchase an individual User Permit. This Permit allows you to ride, in accordance with
our rules, on more than 500 miles of private land that make up our six trails: Bearwallow,
Buffalo Mountain, Indian Ridge, Little Coal, Pinnacle Creek, and Rockhouse. As one of the
largest off-highway vehicle trail systems in the world, Hatfield-McCoy Trails is open 365
days a year and offers something for every skill level
User Permits must be displayed at all times while on the trails.
User Permit Pricing WV Residents: $26.50 (w/ tax)
Non-Resident: $50.00 (w/ tax)
*West Virginia Residency is determined by state-issued identification for all individuals 16
years of age or older. ID must be presented at the time of purchase.
